eCyLabs artificial assistant (eCyAI) provides comprehensive remediation instructions via relevant solution articles for selected security issues and it provides a script to automatically patch the vulnerabilities.

A Step-by-Step Guide for AI Assisted Risk Remediation:


  1. Go to Security Center
  2. Select "Application" from the sidebar menu.
  3. Choose the relevant application.
  4. Click "Reports" from the sidebar.
  5. Open the "Threat Assessment Report."
  6. Click any of the threat profiles and Identify the specific vulnerability you want to address and click on it. You'll be redirected to the Threat Manager.
  7. Look for the "Ask ecyAI help to fix '' button in the top right corner.
  8. Click this button to access ecyAI's tailored remediation steps. Carefully read and follow the step-by-step instructions provided by ecyAI. These instructions will guide you through the process of resolving the vulnerability.
  9. To patch the vulnerability automatically,
  •  Click the "Automated patch" tab.
  •  Expand the accordions titled "Script to patch the vulnerability."
  •  Follow the provided instructions to execute the automated patching process.
